Rodney’s own journey is inspiring many of his clients at Recreation, an overweight ex builder who changed his lifestyle to lose 75kgs on his own in 8 months, and kept it off for 6 years, now a successful Personal Trainer and Mentor. Petra has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. She grew up studying classical ballet and playing volleyball, and since then has added running, free weights, and Pilates. As a former half marathon professional runner, she understands that through hard work and determination, everyone can achieve great results and realize their goal.
